Update on Nexus Phones For Android 4.4:
The Galaxy Nexus will not get the Android 4.4 as mentioned by the Google, mainly because it has to crossed the 18 months windows time period, but the later on gadgets for instance the Nexus 10, Nexus 7 will be ready to get the Android 4.4 new update very soon. As the Nexus 5 that was launched the other day, will be arriving with the 4.4.
Update on Samsung Phones to have Android 4.4:
At the moment, there’s an Samsung’s internal Knox document that was leaked out, and which revealed a couple of devices which are ready to receive the Android 4.4 update. The Samsung’s devices are as under:

The Galaxy Note II and S3 have been confronting some regional lock problems and that is why it is forcing Samsung to show up the major Android update on their devices, as verified by the Samsung’s officials. But once again, the leaked document says it is Samsung S3 having 2GB of RAM and U.S. version could be getting the Android 4.4 update, and other users probably have to wait and see if the Samsung has provided the same for all those.
Update on Sony Phones to have Android 4.4:
Sony company has updated officially a list of their Android phones from the Xperia range that are likely to have the new update of Android 4.4 KitKat, and typically these include the latest high-end Sony phones. The real dates aren’t mentioned, but listed below are the phones which will receive the KitKat update eventually.
